Red Swan Pizza

1. Program Overview

Red Swan Pizza Loyalty Program (the “Program”) is a promotional rewards program offered and administered by Red Swan Pizza (“Sponsor”). The Program enables eligible individuals who maintain an active online account (“Red Swan Pizza Profile”) to earn points (“Points”) through qualifying purchases, which may be redeemed for selected menu items (“Rewards”), subject to these Terms and Conditions.

Participation in the Program is entirely voluntary and subject to full compliance with these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Participation

The Loyalty Program is open exclusively to legal residents of Canada who are at least fourteen (14) years of age at the time of Red Swan Pizza Profile creation and who place orders through participating Red Swan Pizza locations in Canada.

The Program, including the earning and redemption of Points and availability of Rewards, is offered only at selected participating Red Swan Pizza locations. Participation and Reward availability may vary by location.

Sponsor retains the sole and absolute discretion to determine eligibility, participation status, and continued access to the Program.

Participation constitutes full, unconditional, and irrevocable agreement to these Terms and Conditions, as may be amended from time to time.

Sponsor reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate participation at any time for any reason, including suspected misuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.

3. Red Swan Pizza Profile

Participation in the Program requires the creation or use of a Red Swan Pizza Profile. Each individual is strictly limited to one (1) Profile per valid email address.

The individual associated with the email address used to create or access the Profile shall be deemed the authorized account holder and sole Participant.

Participants are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, accuracy, and security of their Profile information.

5. Program Modification, Suspension, and Termination

The Red Swan Pizza Loyalty Program is scheduled to commence in May 2026.

Sponsor reserves the unrestricted right, at any time and without prior notice, to modify, suspend, delay, or terminate the Program, in whole or in part.

Such modifications may include, without limitation, changes to earning structure, redemption values, eligible menu items, participating locations, or participation requirements.

Continued participation in the Program following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.

6. Earning Points

Eligible Participants will earn ten (10) Points for each Qualifying Order of ten Canadian dollars ($10.00) or more placed at participating Red Swan Pizza locations in Canada.

A “Qualifying Order” may include taxes and delivery fees toward the minimum threshold; gratuities are excluded.

Limitation

Only one (1) Qualifying Order per calendar day is eligible for Points.
Online orders must be placed while logged into a Red Swan Pizza Profile.
In-store and telephone orders require the associated phone number linked to the Profile.
Points may only be earned at participating Red Swan Pizza locations.

Sponsor reserves the right to audit, adjust, or invalidate Points in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or system manipulation.

7. No Cash Value / Non-Transferability

Points do not constitute property, currency, or any vested right or interest. Points have no cash value and are strictly non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-redeemable for cash under any circumstances.

Points may not be sold, bartered, or transferred. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination from the Program.

8. Rewards and Redemption

Points may be redeemed for eligible menu items as follows:

20 Points – Dip Cup or 350ml drink
40 Points – Regular Cheese Sticks
60 Points – Medium 2-Topping Pizza

Rewards may be redeemed online only through a valid Red Swan Pizza Profile and are available exclusively at selected participating Red Swan Pizza locations. Rewards cannot be redeemed in-store or by telephone.

The availability of Rewards and eligible menu items may vary by participating location. Participants are responsible for confirming that their selected location participates in the Loyalty Program and offers the applicable Reward before completing a redemption.

All redemptions are final, irrevocable, and non-refundable. Points will be deducted immediately upon redemption.

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, substitute, limit, or discontinue any Reward, redemption value, participating location, or availability at any time without notice.

9. Expiration and Inactivity

If a Participant does not earn or redeem Points within a continuous period of three hundred sixty-five (365) days, all Points will automatically expire without notice or compensation.

10. General Provisions

Sponsor may suspend or terminate participation at any time for conduct deemed inconsistent with these Terms or for any fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful behavior.

All determinations made by Sponsor regarding eligibility, Points, Rewards, participating locations, or redemption are final and binding.

The Program is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal laws.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Red Swan Pizza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Program.

Participants release and hold harmless Red Swan Pizza, its affiliates, franchisees, employees, and service providers from any claims arising from participation or redemption of Rewards.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada.
